Shipping policy

Standard Delivery

Dominican Republic

  • For Santo Domingo areas in the Dominican Republic, select your shipping method with options for direct delivery and overnight warehouse pickup.

 

All orders placed between 8:00 am - 8:00 pm will be ready for pick up from 8:00 am in the morning the following day. For orders delivered direct to your door, expect your package to arrive within 1 business day of your order being dispatched.

  • For regional areas in the Dominican Republic, select the shipping method of your choice with shipping via Metro Pack for overnight delivery and 2-3 day for direct delivery to your door.

  • Sometimes these times may be shorter.

​

  • All packages require a signature upon delivery. Please specify in the delivery instructions at Checkout if you wish to leave your package with another person.

 

United States and Puerto Rico

  • For regional areas, expect your package to arrive within 5-6 business days of dispatch notification

  • All packages require a signature upon delivery. Please specify in the delivery instructions at checkout if you would like your package to be left in a secure location without a signature. If you are not at home and your package requires a signature.

Return and exchange policy

  • All full-priced items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your package. (21 days for international returns). 

  • You can contact us at contact@utopiaoutwear.com with the order number and reason for the return and we will respond to you within 24-48 hours.

 

To be credited, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • must be received within 14 days of receiving your order (21 days for overseas packages)

  • must be brand new and unworn with all original tags attached

  • must not have makeup or cream tan marks

  • should not smell like perfume, deodorant or detergent

  • We will inspect all returned items upon receipt; Any return that does not comply with the above will be returned to you.

  • The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer; We will not refund or add credit or the cost of return shipping.

  • We will process returns until we receive your item.

  • Please note that while great effort is made to accurately display the color of our garments, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that the display of any color on your monitor will be completely accurate.
